The Townhouse

Three floors of classic old town living in this beautiful townhouse. Our townhouse is located right in the heart of the old town with an endless amount of dining and drinking options within a stone's throw. The property has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom has a king size mattress and a small balcony that overlooks a quintessential old town street, the other has two single beds that can be pushed together or pulled apart, and it also has its own balcony aloft over the courtyard downstairs. If needed, we can accommodate up to 6 guests in total. The living room has a pull out sofa that can sleep two, or we can provide a spare bed for a party of 5.

The top floor has two roof terraces. A larger one that provides views of the mountains behind Estepona and is perfect for tanning and relaxing. The smaller one is home to a dining table and 6 dining chairs, which makes for an incredible spot to enjoy some wine and food.

The kitchen is fully equipped to make you feel home and the property comes with a laundry room where you'll find a washer and a dryer. Also, the property has its own garage which is able to fit a hatchback (e.g. BMW 1 series, Mercedes A-Class).
